By accessing or using Seedance AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Account Registration
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account • You must not share your account credentials with others • New user incentives (if available) follow the current campaign policy
3. Credits and Payments
• Credits are the virtual currency used to generate videos • New user trial incentives (if available) are announced on the product pages • Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans • Credits do not expire • All payments are processed securely through Stripe • Prices are subject to change with notice • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities • Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the system • Generate deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
5. Content Ownership and Rights
• You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service • You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input materials (images, audio, etc.) • Generated content may be subject to AI model limitations and should be reviewed before commercial use • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
6. Service Availability
• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates • Generation times may vary based on system load and complexity • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
7. Intellectual Property
• The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Seedance AI • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service • Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for content generated by users
9. Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms • You may delete your account at any time • Upon termination, your access to the Service and unused credits will be forfeited • Certain provisions of these terms survive termination
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
